Technicien SAV itinérant / Haute-Savoie - Robotique (H/F)

Role Summary

As part of the development of our French after-sales service team for our Robotics activity, we are recruiting a traveling Technician in the Haute-Savoie region. Attached to the production site in Faverges, you work directly with our customers in cutting-edge industries: medical, pharmaceutical, agri-food, automotive, etc.

Special knowledge

• Solid technical foundations (mechanics, electrical engineering, industrial IT, automation) to understand industrial robots
• One or more programming languages
• Foreign language: fluency in English
• Qualities: autonomy, sense of customer service, interpersonal skills, rigor

Responsibilities

In this context, your missions are as follows

• Establish a diagnosis and propose maintenance solutions
• Ensure product repair
• Assist and advise our customers on the use of our robots
• Write intervention reports (CRM)
• Ensure the management of remote stock of spare parts
• Provide maintenance training
• Follow up with customers in collaboration with the rest of the team
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the service

An integration course over several weeks is planned (immersion on our production site in Haute-Savoie, field support in pairs, etc.).

Requirements

Training: Bac +2 minimum technically oriented

Experience: first successful experience in a similar position, ideally in a maintenance/installation of special machines function
