Role Summary

• Installation and commissioning of our driverless transport systems
• Carrying out customer acceptance, maintenance and service operations as well as customer training
• Telephone and remote support in the hotline and on-call service
• Processing customer inquiries and complaints
• Technical clarification with the specialist departments

Requirements

Completed technical vocational training, ideally in the field of mechatronics, electronics, automation technology or comparable, preferably with further training to become a master or technician (m/f/d)

• Prior experience with commissioning and routine maintenance
• Ideally, basic knowledge of PLC programming or TIA Portal
• High customer orientation and service mentality
• Good knowledge of German and basic English
• Flexibility and willingness to travel for national and international assignments, supported by a class B driving license
