Role Summary

• You will have to meet expectations and detect customer needs by:
• Supporting and processing all “multi-channel” requests from existing or prospective customers
• Relaying customer requests to the departments concerned (taking information or transferring activity/call)
• Analyzing customer files to propose the appropriate solution
• Respecting company standards (process, offers, response time, productivity, availability)
• Negotiating commercial terms with customers or prospects in a reactive or proactive manner
• Contracting with prospects and re-engaging existing clients while ensuring file compliance
• Contacting customers if there is no response
• Searching for unidentified prospects by all means at its disposal
• Supporting outbound campaigns
• Quality of information collected in order to improve customer knowledge:
• Check, complete and correct customer data (telephone, emails, address, RIB, etc.)
• Record customer contacts in the IT tool
• Explain and argue all requested actions
• Archive letters and contractual documents in the dedicated tool
• Transmit useful or relevant elements to the manager as part of document monitoring

Requirements

• Bac +2 training in a commercial course, you have initial experience in the same type of position in Customer Service
• Your knowledge of office tools, IT and CRM tools will allow you to quickly adapt to your new environment.
• You have a real sense of listening and developed team spirit. Your patience, self-control and customer orientation will be key elements of the position.

Benefits
