Customer Relations Manager (Debit)

Role Summary

The company Eurofins Hygiène Hospitalière Sud, specialized in environmental monitoring and hygiene in healthcare establishments, is looking for a Customer Relations Officer as part of its development. You will work in close collaboration with the department's Customer Project Coordinators.

Responsibilities

Your main missions

• Manage customer and prospect requests: quotes, contracts and administrative follow-up
• Ensure management: creation, configuration and updating of customer databases
• Coordinate requests with internal services (laboratories, logistics, planning)
• Handle customer requests by telephone and email, providing an appropriate response
• Send Non-conformances to customers
• Promote the digital tools and services offered by Eurofins
• Manage orders
• Report to your hierarchy any dangerous situation or deviation from Quality Health Safety Environment procedures.
• Become aware of and apply changes to the management system in force.
• Participate in the evolution of work organization in order to improve quality and safety, increase productivity and reduce the environmental footprint.
• Respect safety, hygiene and environmental instructions.

Requirements

• You have a scientific baccalaureate +2 (Chemistry/Microbiology), and are looking for a position combining technical skills and customer relations.
• You are rigorous, organized and autonomous.
• IT (imperative): excellent command of IT tools.
