Role Summary

As part of a team of 9 consultants, you act as a Consultant and carry out various missions with our clients related to food safety, office based in Pennes Mirabeau.

Responsibilities

Your main missions are

• Carry out Audits (75%), labeling control missions, training within agri-food manufacturers and compliance control with specifications (INCO regulations);
• Contribute to the Development of the Business Unit by managing the improvement of the Business Unit's services;
• Contribute to the identification of non-conformities and their resolution;
• Cooperate on development projects;
• Be a source of suggestions for improving the client files entrusted to you;
• Contribute to maintaining the skills of the network of consultants;
• Ensure an optimal response to client requests by adapting your expertise and extending your qualifications as a consultant;

Collaborate with the scheduling department by communicating availability and adapting your workload plan according to current events.

Requirements

• Agro-Food Engineer or equivalent, with experience of more than 5 years in the agri-food industry (production site, service provision or purchasing center).
• Developed knowledge of food safety and significant experience in a product category will be appreciated.
• Fluency in written and spoken English, audit missions abroad.
• Rigor, organization, Ability to work in a team and autonomy.

Benefits

• Fixed remuneration over 12 months + annual individual variable + profit-sharing bonus + restaurant card + company mutual insurance.
• Position based in Pennes-Mirabeau, on-site work + teleworking according to internal policy (1-2 days/per week)
• Regular travel (8 - 10 days per month), mainly in France and internationally, for audit and training missions with our clients.

We are currently recruiting consultants capable of leading training on food safety themes including: Good hygiene practices, HACCP, food contact, PCQI (Lead Instructor qualification required), crisis management in order to secure and enrich our expertise.
