5-month fixed-term contract - Customer Service Assistant

Role Summary

The Eurofins Hydrologie Est laboratory, specialized in water analysis and with a quality analytical base, is looking for a Customer Service Assistant as part of its development. You will work in close collaboration with the laboratory's Customer Project coordinators.

Manage customer orders: receipt of purchase orders and sending acknowledgments of receipt.

Ensure the monitoring of subcontracting: sending confirmation requests, monitoring the sending and receipt of results, IT integration and classification.

Enter and control data: analysis results, field parameters and subcontracting results.

Transmit the results to clients in different formats (PDF, Excel, XML).

Manage cold chain records, including monitoring cooler temperatures.

Follow collection schedules for specific customers.

Guarantee compliance with deadlines for rendering results.

Master the regulations in force and ensure their application.

Report to your hierarchy any dangerous situation or deviation from Quality Health Safety Environment procedures.

Become aware of and apply changes to the management system in force.

Participate in the evolution of work organization in order to improve quality and safety, increase productivity and reduce the environmental footprint.

Ensure compliance with the wearing of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and labor law regulations.

Respect safety, hygiene and environmental instructions.

Requirements

You have Bac+2 to Bac+3 training in the field of chemistry (BTS Chemistry, DUT Physical Measurements, etc.), you benefit from initial experience in the field of analyzes and ideally in contact with customers.
