Role Summary

  • Within our Consumer department, your main missions will be as follows:
  • Read the meters
  • Carry out consumer surveys (index verification following a customer complaint, etc.),
  • Manage changes (moves, moving in, immediate water, etc.),

Intervene on connections: technical interventions to repair leaks on connections without earthworks (collar on lead, copper, installation of shell, installation of fittings, etc.),

  • Ensure the replacement and/or installation of meters and various plumbing parts
  • Ensure maintenance of remote reading (change and configuration of transmitting heads)
  • Modify connections (welding, installation of valves, etc.),
  • Install or modify meter feeders,
  • Comply with safety, quality and environment, ethics and compliance instructions

The position is subject to the obligation of on-call duty on all installations.

Requirements

  • 🎓 Training & Experience: baccalaureate level or significant experience with technical skills such as plumbing, welding,
  • Rigor and sense of security: strict compliance with procedures, permanent vigilance.
  • Reliability: punctuality, respect of commitments and deadlines.
  • Team spirit: cooperation, clear communication, mutual assistance on site.
  • Supervised autonomy: ability to apply instructions, organize and report information.
  • Sense of service: professional posture (company image), respect for users/customers and the environment.
  • Adaptability: ability to manage unforeseen events, to work outdoors and to vary tasks.
  • Respect for equipment: care given to tools, vehicles, work areas, traceability.
  • B license required
  • Authorizations: AIPR mandatory for on-call duty (training possible if you do not have them)
  • As soon as you arrive, we train you and support you until you obtain the essential authorizations for the workplace
