Role Summary
Within the Hydrologie Nord laboratory specializing in Water Analysis, as Customer Project Coordinator, you ensure the technical interface between the laboratory and customers.
- As the sole point of contact for your customer portfolio within the laboratory, your missions are:
- Technical advice to customers on the choice of analyzes and methods, the edition of quotes
- Daily monitoring of analyses: from receipt of samples to results reports, you are at customer service at every stage
- Management of receivables & invoicing
- Contribution to sales development through customer satisfaction
- Management of technical complaints following validated reports
- Taking over on more operational missions following the vagaries of the activity
Requirements
- With initial scientific training (Bac+2 to Bac+5) with if possible a specialty in analytical chemistry, you ideally benefit from initial experience in the field of analyzes and ideally in relation with clients.
- You are recognized for your technical expertise (particularly in water analyses) and have a proven taste for customer contact.
