Role Summary
Manage supplier flows within your scope
- Validate product conformity
- Launch supplier return flows
- Generate stock movements
- Carry out part retouching requests in tandem with Industrialization
- Analyze and process internal stock discrepancies on supplier products
- Process abnormal receipts and invoices
Deal with supplier non-compliance in your scope
- Manage non-compliance until closure
- Guarantee the security of stocks
- Validate returns from customers, production and subcontractors
- Issue, monitor and manage supplier non-compliance notices
- Issue 8D requests and follow action plans
- Monitor and manage supplier exemptions
- Issue and monitor exemptions requested internally
Special knowledge
- Quality methods and tools (8D, QRQC, evaluation audit, etc.)
- Item modification flow
- Reading electronic plans
- ISO 9001, ISO 13485 standards
- Instruments for controlling and measuring electronic parts
- IT tools (SAP, Office 365)
- Foreign language(s): Fluency in English
- Qualities: Rigor, interpersonal skills, spirit of synthesis, strength of proposal
Responsibilities
Within the Production and Operational Quality department of our Robotics division, you will join the Supplier Quality Assurance team. Your role is to manage the supplier quality performance of serial life components and the supplier quality relationship. The panel entrusted to you is mainly composed of electronic suppliers for our robot motors, brakes and encoders. In this context, your missions are as follows:
Monitoring your supplier panel
- Participate in supplier monitoring audits
- Lead periodic quality meetings with suppliers
- Monitor supplier quality indicators
Requirements
- Training: Bac+2 minimum in quality and/or electronics. A different level diploma with significant experience is accepted.
- Experience: First experience in a similar position in quality.
