Responsibilities

• Intervene with catering and food service customers as part of their quality control plan. As such, you carry out food, surface and water samples;
• Manage a customer portfolio within your geographic scope;
• Plan and organize your tour plan in accordance with customer requirements;
• Carry out services in accordance with control plans and our quality system;
• Develop relationships with customers, advise them;
• Maintain the equipment made available to you (vehicle, cooler, etc.).

Requirements

• Initial training: Bac+2: BTS STA, Food Industry Quality, Bio analysis and control
• Knowledge: Catering professions, knowledge of the “hygiene package” regulations and the HAACP method
• Experience required: beginners accepted!
• You demonstrate great rigor on a daily basis, you are sociable by nature and have good interpersonal skills.
• You may already have knowledge of the catering and food hygiene sector.
• You want to put your professionalism and your skills at the service of a modern group in constant development.

• Working hours: 35 hours, daytime schedule Monday to Friday
