Role Summary
Reporting to the head of the Quality, Safety, Security, Environment and Metrology department. You will have to define and implement quality programs. You will have to guarantee compliance with the associated requirements and ensure that all staff adhere to the quality policy.
- On a daily basis, your missions are as follows:
- Certify the quality of products and services, through monitoring carried out by your teams, and approve the final documentation
- Participate in workshop monitoring of manufacturing and control activities
- Deal with discrepancies and anomalies in a progress approach with control of recurrences and respond to customer complaints
Suspend an operation whenever it seems necessary to you until a decision is made for the non-compliance, failure or situation contrary to quality.
Analyze the quality aspect of specifications as part of calls for tenders and obtain the various approvals and certifications necessary for the smooth running of activities
- Ensure monitoring of requirements in accordance with quality rules
- Guarantee compliance with legal and contractual requirements
- Train and raise staff awareness of product quality and contract quality requirements
Furthermore, you will provide support (management and implementation) for the System team to support the drafting of manuals and procedures as well as during customer audits.
Requirements
- Rigorous, autonomous and curious, you have a first successful experience in Quality in the industrial and/or nuclear field. You have demonstrated good management and persuasion skills.
- You have a good knowledge of certifications (ISO), codes and standards (ASME, RCCM) and nuclear regulations
- Good command of English is necessary (spoken, written, mastery of international presentations).
