Role Summary

We are recruiting for our Quality department: a Physico-Chemistry Quality Control Technician on a permanent contract.

Reporting to the Physical Chemistry Supervisor of the analytical QC laboratory, you will be responsible for carrying out analyzes as part of production support and product release. You will carry out these activities in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices, in compliance with the Group's Quality Assurance rules and regulatory authorities.

Responsibilities

  • Management and physical/documentary monitoring of samples
  • Routine and qualification/validation analyses: HPLC, UHPLC, cIEF capillary electrophoresis, Optical Density, pH
  • Traceability and data integrity (DI, LIMS, maintenance, corrective/preventive actions)
  • Transcription of analytical results on time and verification of compliance
  • Maintenance and management of procedure type documentation
  • Management of the availability of reagents/consumables necessary for analyzes
  • Support for surveys and laboratory investigations
  • Compliance with EHS procedures and policies
  • Maintaining a safe working environment that complies with regulatory requirements

Requirements

Training and experience

  • Bac +2 minimum in Chemistry, Biochemistry or equivalent scientific discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of laboratory experience (biotechnology or pharmaceutical sector desired)
  • Mastery of laboratory techniques and analytical instruments
  • Logical and scientific reasoning
  • Knowledge of computerized systems (LIMS, Empower, etc.)
  • Rigor, team spirit and “customer” satisfaction oriented
  • Understanding of basic English desired for optimal use of the various laboratory tools.
  • Sense of organization/meticulous in documentation, monitoring, traceability/pro activity.
  • Good capacity for adaptation (technical and relational), sense of communication/respect for deadlines and ability to evolve in a changing environment

Schedules and organization

Shift work (morning/afternoon) with occasional on-call duty.
