We are recruiting for our Quality department, based in our center of excellence for aesthetic medicine in Annecy, Haute-Savoie:
A Quality Assurance Engineer Release M/F
Under the authority of the Laboratory Quality Assurance and Release Supervisor, you carry out product release activities according to the procedures in force and ensure the role of quality referent for the product release process.
- As such, you provide us with your ability to:
- Ensure the role of quality assurance referent Release / Supply chain / Shipping / quality control
- Establish the means of steering and measuring the performance of the release process (define, monitor and maintain indicators for your sector)
- Analyze the issues of the release process based on recognized problem-solving tools and methods (A3, 5M, 5P, etc.), build action plans and follow them
- Provide technical support in the context of researching the cause of non-conformities, processing deviations, CAPA, OOS, OOT, projects, and implementing the corresponding actions
- Assess the risks relating to the product and decide on the disposition of the product and the action to be taken in the event of non-compliant product.
- Propose corrective actions and actions to prevent the occurrence of any non-compliance
- Lead changes (change control) in your sector
- Lead the updating of risk analyzes
- Ensure the management of SAP Master Data for the quality module
- Improve the product release process through proactive actions (training, benchmarking, conferences, technological and standards monitoring, etc.) and the implementation of continuous improvement projects
- Ensure the role of back-up supervisor
You have the assets to join us
- Higher scientific training such as BAC+5 or pharmacist
- Significant experience (5 years) in quality assurance in a pharmaceutical or medical device/biotechnology industry
- Knowledge of FDA, ISO13485 requirements for medical or pharmaceutical devices
- Fluent practice of English (spoken and written)
- Knowledge of SAP
- Comfort with computer tools for data processing
- Be a force of proposal and initiative
- Writing and relational ease
- The ability to synthesize information and present it
- Adaptability / versatility / openness to change
