Role Summary
As part of a replacement, we are recruiting for our Quality department, based in our center of excellence for aesthetic medicine in Annecy, Haute-Savoie:
An Environmental Quality Assurance Engineer on a fixed-term contract until the end of December 2026
Under the responsibility of the Operational Quality Assurance Manager, you manage the team of sampler operators and are in charge of environmental issues related to clean rooms (ZAC) and site utilities.
Responsibilities

Ensure the management of the team
Ensure recruitment, integration, monitoring via one-to-one meetings and identify the team's support/training needs.
- Evaluate the performance of team members, recognize performance and provide continuous feedback
- Organize the activity, the animation of CAP1 (daily meetings)
- Guarantee the safety of its employees and the application of HSE instructions
- Monitor the results obtained using appropriate indicators & report on your activity,
- Lead department meetings
- Quality/Production
- Coordinate the environmental sampling plan with the team
- Guarantee compliance with group standards for own production/utility areas.
- Collaborate with the SME AQ Environment in order to deploy the strategies defined by the expert.
- Ensure a link with the production and operational quality assurance teams on all environmental issues
- Be responsible for the application of cleaning processes in ZACs to maintain the quality of ZACs (Controlled Activity Zones) and provide training in good cleaning practices.
- Maintain the control points present in the LIMS (laboratory analysis results management software) up to date following creation/modification requests during projects.
- Provide training for dressing in the production area.
- Participate in ZAC or utility environmental audits (internal/external), write responses to the audits and make the expected improvements.
- Evaluate risks in the context of non-compliance for ZACs and for Critical Utilities.
- Implement the corrective actions and improvements expected within the framework of internal/external audit/non-compliance
- Keep documentation relating to your activity up to date.
- Ensure the coordination of annual gassings and the bi-annual control of the TRH (Hourly Renewal Rate) of the ZA: support of the service provider, interpretation of the results.
Requirements
You have the assets to join us
- Higher education Bac+5 such as Master, Engineering School or Pharmacy specialized in Quality
- 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device field
- A first experience in team management
- Experience working in production areas (clean rooms) and knowledge of utilities
- Mastery of GMP Quality standards and ISO 13485, ISO 14644, EN 17141
- Practice of professional English (written and oral)
- Mastery of office tools (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- The use of LIMs and data processing software (e.g. power BI) is a plus
- Autonomy and rigor
- Method and precision, as well as a spirit of analysis and synthesis
- Be a force of proposal and initiative
- An ability to adapt and be open to change
