Assistant Qualité

Role Summary

Under the responsibility of the Quality Manager, you will participate in carrying out actions and leading the quality processes of our 2 agronomic analysis laboratories under COFRAC accreditation. Your missions will be as follows:

Ensure or supervise metrological verifications, and monitor the equipment stock.

Apply quality organization in terms of running meetings, monitoring indicators and training staff in the Quality Management System (QMS) and Metrology

Contribute to continuous improvement in order to guarantee the satisfaction of customers and interested parties: recording of deviations and non-conformities, identification of corrective actions and monitoring of their implementation

Ensure management of the quality management documentary system, from the creation of documents to their distribution and presentation to the teams.

Support the quality manager in his missions.

Requirements

• You have completed Bac +3 to Bac +5 training with a specialization in Quality and Metrology, you have a first successful experience in the field
• You have a particular appetite for Quality, regulatory/normative monitoring. Knowledge of Quality management standards (ISO 17025) and accreditation programs, as well as safety management systems linked to our professions would be a plus.
• You are rigorous, organized, know how to tackle various issues at the same time, and have a great practical sense. Autonomous, you demonstrate good interpersonal skills.
