Quality Assurance Manager (M/F) - 4-month fixed-term contract

Role Summary

In this context we are looking for a Quality Manager on a 4-month fixed-term contract

50% QUALITY

• Carrying out internal audits according to the 2026 audit plan in order to prepare for ISO 9001 certification renewal
• Monitoring the implementation of actions decided in process reviews
• Improvement of KPIs in the “Reporting anomalies and complaints” file
• Animation and monitoring of the monthly meeting between the Quality team and process drivers in order to deal with anomalies
• Creation and management of new operating methods for integration into the Quality system

50% CLINICAL STUDY

• preparation and execution of clinical studies in compliance with protocols and conditions consistent with requirements
• Carry out the technical part of the studies, collect reactions (sensations, undesirable effects, etc.), enter raw data
• Creation of acceptability questionnaires, validation internally and with the client; management of the results of these questionnaires
• summary of results, ensure traceability and quality of data
• Management of volunteers participating in studies (reception, information and support for the study, obtaining consent, preparing compensation

Requirements

You hold a Bac+2 type BTS MECP cosmetic option, and benefit from at least 3 to 5 years of experience in a clinical study test laboratory.
