Electrical Quality Assistant - Electronics

Role Summary

Your main missions will be as follows

Deploy the company's quality strategy

Ensure compliance with standards meeting the requirements of IEC ISO 17025, IEC ISO 17021 and other regulations.

Plan and organize internal audits, cross audits and COFRAC/CBTL and NRTL audits

Comply with the requirements of the accreditation regulations to which the laboratory subscribes.

• Organize and lead management reviews with the Director of Operations
• Train and raise staff awareness of quality issues with management
• Work in close collaboration with the different entities
• Write and keep quality documentation up to date (quality manual, procedures, operating methods, etc.)

Ensure the traceability of documents and the management of quality records.

• Improve and organize quality in the laboratory: internal quality audit, monitoring of non-conformities,
• Organize the evolution of metrology and quality procedures
• Defines metrology schedules and controls for given equipment
• Coordinate metrology activities

Monitor performance indicators for evaluation and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Master's degree or equivalent diploma
• Minimum 2/3 years experience in quality
• Knowledge of the EN ISO 17025, ISO 17021 Standards
• Knowledge of COFRAC documentation.
• Professional English (read, written) is mandatory.
