Role Summary

We are looking for a QA/QC Inspector M/F in the nuclear fuel industry sector, in order to carry out supervision missions with its various subcontractors. Reporting to the Quality Manager, you will be required to work in a team and respond to the following points:

Participate in project progress and monitoring meetings and provide quality-related indicators (KPIs),

Respond to summons to lift hold points.

Ensure the smooth running of the studies, supplies, manufacturing, assembly and testing processes through monitoring documents (LOFC, DSI, PQR,),

Manage and monitor manufacturing activities (machining, welding, assembly)

Assist in VT, PT, MT non-destructive testing operations.

Check and validate project procedures (material supply, DSI, Traceability, etc.),

Check and validate welding notebooks.

Manage and monitor non-compliance files (opening, cause analysis, corrective actions, closure, etc.),

Ensure the application of the latest revisions of the procedures applicable to the project (Updating/Monitoring the list of applicable documents).

Write inspection reports on client IT tools.

Check end of manufacturing files.

Participate in the realization of REX projects.

Requirements

  • Coming from a Bac +2/3 training, you benefit from significant initial experience on projects in an industrial environment (Knowledge of mechanics, welding, quality linked to manufacturing) linked to energy and the nuclear environment.
  • You are aware of the safety issues linked to nuclear activities.
  • You are aware of the construction codes: RCCM, EN 13480; EN 13445; CODETI, CODAP.
  • You also master the standards related to welding: ISO9606, ISO15614, etc.
  • Ideally you have an IWS or IWT qualification and are COFREND certified.
  • This position is to be filled ASAP in the Pierrelatte region
  • 6-month renewable CDI-C
