Fixed-term contract - Quality Assurance Pharmacist (M/F)

Role Summary

We are recruiting as part of a maternity leave replacement fixed-term contract, a Quality Assurance Pharmacist (M/F), you will report to the Quality Director, you will work in collaboration with Operations in order to implement the principles of Quality Assurance in the laboratory.

🎯 Profile sought

Trained as a Pharmacist, you have 3 to 5 years of conclusive experience. You are a Pharmacist immediately registered with the Council of the Order of Pharmacists. You are proactive and a good team player. Technical English is essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage continuous improvement actions
• Propose and manage Quality improvement projects
• Propose and manage actions related to Data Integrity,
• Provide quality support for projects related to the implementation of new equipment and computerized systems,
• Carry out internal audits/external audits.
• Participate in customer audits and regulatory inspections, developing responses and monitoring action plans on time.
• Write and update quality documentation such as procedures, instructions, forms, ensure site documentation is updated
• Monitor suppliers and subcontractors (quality questionnaires, specifications, evaluation)
• Within the quality team and in collaboration with the different entities on the site:
• Manage and approve quality sheets (OOS, deviations, Change Control, CAPA, etc.) in connection with operations and support services
• Ensure the signing of certificates of analysis according to the schedule established by the team
• Approve analytical methods, microbiological technical sheets and protocol details,

Participate in regulatory monitoring activities (USP, PE, JP).

• Assist the Responsible Pharmacist in his exercise of Pharmaceutical Responsibility
• Pharmaceutical presence
• Management of narcotics and psychotropic drugs
