Supplier Quality Assurance Engineer

Role Summary

• Guarantee quality compliance of products delivered by suppliers throughout the program life cycle
• Define, deploy and monitor supplier quality plans (PQP / QCP) in line with customer requirements and aeronautical standards
• Participate in the qualification and monitoring of suppliers: audits, evaluations, improvement plans, monitoring of quality and logistics performance
• Analyze non-conformities of supplier origin, manage corrective and preventive action plans (8D, PDCA, Ishikawa, QRQC) and ensure their effectiveness over time
• Provide technical and quality support to suppliers during the development, industrialization and mass production phases
• Ensure documentary compliance and traceability of quality deliverables (FAI, DVI, certificates of conformity, test reports, etc.)
• Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in the supply chain and to the robustness of procurement processes
• Participate in the implementation and maintenance of quality certifications (EN 9100, ISO 9001, NADCAP depending on scope)

Requirements

Training / Experience

• Bac+5 diploma (engineering school or equivalent), with a specialization in quality, mechanics, materials or industrial engineering
• A first successful experience (approximately 3 years) in project quality, product quality or supplier quality, ideally in aeronautics, space, defense or high-tech industry

Technical skills

• Mastery of quality tools (FMEA, 8D, Pareto, monitoring plans, audits)
• Knowledge of industrial processes: machining, sheet metal work, surface treatments, assembly, electronics or composites depending on the context
• Good command of normative standards (EN 9100, ISO 9001, APQP/PPAP tools)
• Skills in risk analysis and regulatory compliance management
• Personal qualities
• Relational ease and writing skills
• Rigorous, autonomous and good team player
• Languages and mobility
• Professional command of English (read, written, spoken)
