Role Summary
By joining the R&D team of our Fittings Division, you coordinate and monitor new product development projects and internal projects.
Your role consists of defining the means, methods and ensuring the operational implementation of projects in terms of resources, quality, costs and deadlines. The aim is to guarantee the success of the different stages of development from the call for tenders until the product is put into production, in order to establish an effective overall development plan.
Thus, based on the needs identified, the requests expressed, the division's strategy and the priorities issued by the R&D manager, your main missions will be to:
- Contribute to research, study and development of new products
- Deploy tools and methods for leading product development projects
- Participate in project planning: human and material resources, schedule, tasks and milestones
- Participate in the development of project plans and project risk mapping
- Define and manage project monitoring indicators
- Ensure the provision of quality, cost and deadline deliverables at each project milestone
- Manage internal R&D projects (tools, continuous improvement, changes, etc.)
Participate in the continuous improvement of the service process, in particular the new product project management methodology.

Training: Bac+5 engineer type with a mechanical focus
