Role Summary

Your role and missions

Within strategic and high-impact projects, you take charge of the complete management of IT projects (build or application maintenance) for Large Account clients, as part of complex transformation programs. You work on transformation programs integrating data and AI issues, with the aim of industrializing uses, improving operational performance and supporting business departments in the adoption of innovative solutions.

Reporting to a Project Director, you intervene with a real commitment to results on all dimensions of the project: delivery, quality, costs and deadlines.

• As a Project Manager, you are a key player in the success of projects:
• Manage one or more projects from end to end, with overall responsibility for delivery
• Guarantee contractual commitments (quality, cost, deadlines)
• Lead customer relations and be the main contact
• Plan activities and monitor work progress
• Supervise and unite a team of 10 to 30 employees
• Support the skills development of your teams (HR monitoring, career path management)
• Ensure financial management of projects and monitoring of margins
• Produce regular reporting to management and customers
• Identify and develop new business opportunities for your clients

Depending on your experience, you will also be able to participate in recruitment, coaching, and supervision of other Project Managers, and also intervene in pre-sales and bid management.

The position is scalable, the Project Manager sector is dynamic and allows rapid evolution in terms of responsibility and salary (possible evolution towards Project Director positions or structural positions for more global management of entities).

Requirements

• You have already worked within the flat-rate framework, ideally in ESN (or even with a software publisher). You bring a solid culture in software development.
• Knowledge of the banking sector is not essential: we will train you in this area through training courses led by operational staff.
• Graduate of Bac+5 from an engineering school, an IT sector or equivalent training, you have operational experience (5 years minimum), as well as at least a first experience in project management in project management (software development / TMA).
