Role Summary

Within the Sopra Steria Aeroline teams (+6,000 dedicated employees in the field of Aeronautics and space), you work on our various projects as a Digital Project Manager. Set yourself new challenges by joining a team that will allow you to dive into the heart of the projects of leaders in the Aeronautics sector.

Within projects for our major accounts, you join a dynamic team that supports you until the success of your missions.

Your role and missions

A true major player in pre-sales, you supervise several projects in traditional or agile cycle:

You participate in costing, planning and monitoring the progress of the project, develop the forecast schedule, distribute activities and manage the teams involved,

• You define the tools, methods and procedures guaranteeing the smooth running of the project,
• You ensure delivery on time, on budget and with the expected quality,
• You are the client's preferred contact for the entire duration of the project,
• You lead and participate in steering committees and project committees (internal and clients),
• You present the reports requested as part of the internal management model,
• You guarantee the fulfillment of commitments made to the client and management,
• You identify, evaluate and anticipate risks and blocking points,
• You propose preventive and curative action plans to control them,
• You monitor the project's performance indicators (quality, workload, progress, budget),
• You support the teams in the design and integration of technical infrastructure building blocks,
• You carry out continuous technological monitoring linked to the perimeter's solutions and infrastructures,

You are a force for proposals to modernize, optimize or industrialize internal practices and projects.

Requirements

• Graduate of a Bac+5 (engineering school or equivalent university training), you have at least 5 years of experience on TMA and Build projects,
• You have excellent interpersonal skills, customer service and communication skills,
• You have a sense of commitment, respect for milestones and responsibilities,
• You appreciate teamwork and cross-functional coordination,
• Your qualities of organization, monitoring and rigor, your sense of customer service, your responsiveness, your dynamism, your ability to adapt and work as a team are all assets to succeed in this mission,
• You are also a force of suggestion in the implementation of new IT projects,
• Fluency in English is expected.
