Role Summary

The Eurofins Analyzes for the North West Cebat Building laboratory, specialized in the analysis of building and air pollutants, has the main objective of preserving human health.

• As a Team Leader, your missions will be to:
• Plan, supervise and lead the activity of your group,
• Manage your team's hours, absences and working time planning,
• Ensure compliance with regulations regarding labor law, personnel management and internal procedures in force,
• Respect and enforce health, safety and environmental procedures,
• Lead QHSE rituals,
• Define the contribution of your service according to key indicators: quality, costs, deadlines, security,
• Ensure production meets the standards both in terms of required quality and deadlines and manages deviations,
• Proactively participate in the maintenance of laboratory equipment,
• Manage the operational flow to guarantee quality of service for our customers,
• Guarantee the reliability and compliance with deadlines of analysis results and analyze deviations if necessary,

Manage the individual productivity of your group.

Requirements

• With a scientific background, you have management experience of at least 2 years.
• You are keen to unite, support and improve the skills of your team.
• You ideally have experience in industry, and are sensitive to production issues, quality and safety.
• You are rigorous, dynamic, organized and have a desire to integrate into teamwork.

• The position is available during the day in 2x8 shifts alternating each week (6:00 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.),
