Role Summary

The Defense and Security sector faces major challenges: guaranteeing the operational efficiency of our customers, designing and deploying secure and sovereign digital solutions, while operating in an environment where technical excellence and innovation are at the heart of the success of our projects.

In this context, we are looking for a Project Manager to join our committed teams and contribute to strategic digital projects dedicated to the logistical support of the armed forces.

As a Project Manager, you are the preferred contact for our clients, partners, subcontractors and internal teams. You manage all the actions necessary for the success of projects, while instilling a dynamic of continuous improvement and adaptation to the challenges of our customers.

Your main missions

Manage end-to-end integration projects, from scoping to delivery: load estimation, planning, production management, risk management, financial monitoring, scope and requirements management.

Carry and share a clear vision of projects with clients and teams.

Supervise, lead and support employees in the success of projects, promoting the development of skills and team autonomy.

Analyze customer needs and propose adapted solutions, in coordination with internal technical teams.

Identify and address discrepancies, implement and manage a continuous improvement approach while respecting contractual and financial commitments.

Develop a lasting relationship of trust with customers, understand their business challenges and lead operational and steering committees.

Contribute to pre-sales activities, if desired and participate in the construction of new offers.

Requirements

• Graduate of an engineering school or university equivalent, you have significant experience as a project manager.
• You have already worked on fixed-price projects, ideally in ESN or even with a software publisher or an end customer.
• You have the soul of an entrepreneur and are passionate about leadership, supervision and team management. You have a sense of humanity and commitment, you are rigorous and have a taste for teamwork.
