As part of a large-scale airport project for the supply and installation of baggage handling and sorting systems, BEUMER Group is strengthening its teams and recruiting an Industrial Project Management Project Manager in order to ensure the organization, coordination and implementation of project management within the project team. The size of the projects ranges from 70 to 150 million Euros.

Validation of achievements
Carry out design reviews and technical validations at different stages of the project.
Participate in supplier inspections and factory receptions (FAT).
Check the quality of the installations carried out on site.
Validate the key stages of the project before moving on to the next milestone.
Responsibilities
- Reporting to the Project Director, the Industrial Project Management Project Manager is responsible for controlling, verifying and validating all of the project's deliverables and achievements.
- He is the main contact in coordinating activities with the client.
Project compliance monitoring
- Check the conformity of the technical solutions proposed by the project teams.
- Check the consistency of mechanical and electromechanical studies and technical documents.
- Ensure compliance with customer specifications, contracts and internal standards.
- Ensure application of current standards, regulations and safety requirements.
- Identify technical or organizational deviations and propose the necessary corrective actions.
- Monitoring the execution of the work
- Participate in progress meetings with project teams.
- Ensure regular monitoring of technical risks and non-compliances.
- Ensure compliance with commitments in terms of quality, safety, and deadlines.
- Testing and commissioning
- Participate in the preparation of test plans.
- Check the conformity of the results obtained during testing and commissioning.
- Monitor the lifting of reservations and non-conformities.
- Contribute to customer reception operations.
Reporting
- Establish control and compliance reports.
- Alert Project Management in the event of any deviation or major risk.
- Ensure the traceability of validations, observations and reservations issued.
- Manage the duty to advise and the duty to alert the customer
- Non-exhaustive list likely to evolve depending on the candidate's profile and the needs of the company.
Requirements
- Expected skills
- Engineering degree (industrial, mechanical, automation, electrical engineering or equivalent);
- Mastery of project management techniques (PMP or PRINCE 2 IPMA certification preferred);
Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial project management, industrial project management or technical coordination.
- Fluent and operational English;
- Ability to analyze technical risks and ensure independent monitoring of achievements;
- Mastery of reading and analyzing technical documents;
- Listening skills and diplomacy;
- License B holder
- GED system
