Responsibilities

As a Project Manager, you are in charge of piloting a major project for the Maintenance Management of a fleet of military aircraft.

As such, your function is global and you

• Guarantee compliance with fixed-price service commitments: cost, deadlines, quality,
• Contribute to customer relationship management,
• Contribute to the management of our partners,
• Ensure profitability management, invoicing and internal reporting,
• Lead steering bodies,
• Identify business opportunities

You manage the planning of your team's work, the supervision and training of your employees and ensure the development of a positive and motivating atmosphere.

Requirements

• You are a graduate of an engineering school or a Master 2, or equivalent, and have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position. You have good interpersonal skills, a sense of service and you like working in a team.
• You are recognized for your ability to lead, to unite around a vision, for your rigor, your capacities for analysis, synthesis and innovation.

You have participated in large projects with an integrator as project manager and have participated in one or more projects with a strong commitment to services and having a good vision of the entire management flow, either in project management or in project management and you have a good technical background
