Role Summary

Your future working environment

The Nantes Transport agency offers you the opportunity to work on varied and high-stakes projects for major accounts that are leaders in their field (Railway, Logistics, Mail, etc.)

Reporting to the Projects Department, you will take charge and autonomously manage the strategic and innovative projects entrusted to you.

As Project Manager, you are the preferred contact for the client, partners, subcontracting companies and employees to coordinate the actions to be implemented.

Your role and missions

• You manage the management of risk, difficulties and changes proactively and by controlling costs;
• You guarantee the achievement of operational results;
• You ensure comitology within your scope (project committee and steering committee);
• You are responsible for the economic issues of the project (creation and monitoring of the budgetary and financial trajectory, monthly financial reporting);
• You guarantee a trusting customer relationship, ensure high-level customer relationships;

You monitor and evaluate the performance of employees (definition of mission objectives, mission reports, participation in HR committees).

In parallel with your mission, you can also intervene on cross-functional subjects, such as becoming a trainer on the subjects that motivate you or participating in challenges around innovation and digital.

Supported by your manager and your mentor (partner of your employability), you actively build your career, thanks to our Academy, our training courses, our certifications and field scenarios.

Requirements

• Graduate of an Engineering School or a Master 2 or equivalent training, you have significant experience of at least 3 years in leading projects around information systems.
• You have the soul of an entrepreneur and are passionate about leadership, supervision and team management. You are looking for a complete job, which will enhance your technical, functional and managerial qualities.
• You have a sense of humanity and commitment, you are rigorous and have a taste for teamwork.
• Experience in agile contexts is desired.
