Baker position in an analysis laboratory for summer 2024

Role Summary

Within our Eurofins Galys entity in Blois, a laboratory on a human scale, we are looking for a test baker to join our cereals unit for summer 2023 (July 24 to September 15)

You are in charge of carrying out bread-making tests and trials in order to analyze the quality of soft wheat and flour harvests. You will scrupulously respect the method, respecting the diagram.

In a series of 5 samples you will carry out the bread-making tests independently.

Weighing the ingredients, monitoring times, noting the characteristics of the dough obtained, dividing, shaping, fermenting, putting in the oven and cooking you will also help the manager in the final rating of the breads by noting their characteristics and their volumes.

Requirements

• You have good knowledge in the manufacturing processes of bakery products.
• Teamwork, rigor, autonomy, sense of organization.
