Responsibilities

Present on the ground, you intervene at all stages of the construction site:

• Organization and daily monitoring of the site
• Closure of the site

To do this, your missions will be as follows

• Participate in the installations of plumbing and heating sites:
• Plumbing: installation, concrete incorporation, passage of the hot water network, cold water, waste water, installation of various sanitary equipment
• Heating: supply of substations, up to the housing Installation of VMC, dry column.
• supervision of a team in terms of human-material-instructions – 50 to 100 housing projects
• Supply management of consumables in relation with the works manager
• Monitoring of time clocks, and progress of the different phases – (reporting of time monitoring/progress)
• Compliance with safety instructions, ensures compliance with safety processes with his team (Epi port, equipment condition and use, construction site safety, etc.)

Requirements

You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position in the field of collective housing.

• Rigorous, autonomous, you know how to supervise and coordinate a team,
