Chef de Projet Fonctionnel IT / AMOA (H/F)

Role Summary

As an IT/AMOA Functional Project Manager at ALTEN, you will be the interface between the business teams and the technical teams. Your mission will be to translate business needs into functional specifications, to monitor IT solutions and to guarantee their adequacy with the expectations of end users.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze and formalize business needs (specifications, user stories)
• Manage the design and implementation of IT solutions (ERP, CRM, business tools)
• Ensure the link between technical teams (developers, architects) and end users
• Organize and lead workshops, functional recipes and user training
• Guarantee the quality of deliverables and their alignment with business objectives

Requirements

Training / Experience

• Graduate of a business or engineering school or holder of a Master's degree (Bac+5) in computer science, management or equivalent
• Confirmed experience (3 years minimum) in functional project management or AMOA, ideally in an IT context

Technical skills

• Mastery of project management methodologies (Agile, V-cycle)
• Knowledge of modeling tools (UML, BPMN) and requirements management (Jira, Confluence, Doors)
• Experience in implementing ERP (SAP, Oracle) or CRM (Salesforce, Dynamics) solutions
• Understanding of business issues (processes, organization, digital transformation)
