Role Summary

The Eurofins Analyzes for the East Building laboratory, specialized in the analysis of building and air pollutants, has the main objective of preserving human health.

• As a Team Leader, your missions will be to:
• Plan, supervise and lead the activity of your group,
• Manage your team's hours, absences and work accidents,
• Ensure compliance with regulations regarding labor law, personnel management and internal procedures in force,
• Respect and enforce health, safety and environmental procedures,
• Define and lead the contribution of your department to the Company's project: quality, costs, deadlines, security,
• Ensure production meets the standards both in terms of the required quality and deadlines,
• Review of operating procedures and follow-up of maintenance or checks on the equipment of your group,
• Be able to ensure the required quality and respond to possible fluctuations in the production program,
• Ensure that the installations are permanently reliable,
• Guarantee a quality of service for our customers by ensuring the traceability, reliability and timeliness of analysis results,

Participate in sample analyzes by Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM) or Polarized Light Optical Microscopy (MOLP) or by sample preparation.

Requirements

• With a scientific background, you have management experience of at least 2 years.
• You are keen to unite, support and improve the skills of your team.
• You ideally have experience in industry, and are sensitive to production issues, quality and safety.
• You are rigorous, dynamic, organized and have a desire to integrate into teamwork.
