Role Summary

Analysis of customer needs

• Participates in the development of the technical and functional analysis.
• Proposes appropriate technical solutions in order to respect the technical constraints of the product

and completion times.

Customization-production

• Ensures configuration or specific development in response to patch requests

and/or developments, respecting the deadlines and reporting any deviations.

Test and recipe

• Carry out conformity tests and carry out internal acceptance.
• Ensures the delivery of fixes and/or product developments to the customer.

Writing documentation

• Develops internal documentation and/or that for the client.

Monitoring and Reporting

• Produces monitoring elements to the referent / Project manager for analysis and consolidation.
• Presents a progress report, the difficulties encountered and the requests for arbitration during the

reviews with the TMA referent / Project manager, transmits all information useful for the preparation and management of project committees.

Customer relationship management

• Contributes to the image of the company through the quality of the services provided and the relationships it maintains with customers and third parties.

Support for Functional Consultants

• Provides expertise and advice to Functional Consultants thanks to its know-how and experience.

Requirements

The position is accessible with higher training in management IT, proven experience in the implementation of IT solutions (ideally GTA, planning or ERP) as well as initial experience on support assistance missions.
