SAAS infrastructure support technician

Role Summary

Under the responsibility of the SAAS and Projects Supervisor, you ensure production, support, advice and study around the SaaS activity.

On a daily basis, your missions will be as follows: take charge of the deployments of new SaaS instances and license updates, manage the installation of new machines within the infrastructures in partnership with the hosts, ensure the support of SaaS solutions as well as the recording of reports of your intervention.

In addition, you detect the needs for development of the solutions, you are able to analyze the risks linked to security and data protection and to inform your hierarchy of the flaws identified and propose corrective measures.

You participate in the pre-sales phases with consultants, project managers, and sales teams.

You will be required to constantly train yourself on the technical developments of new versions

This position requires on-call duty at the end of the day and on certain holidays.

The remuneration consists of a fixed part, a variable part, an incentive and participation bonus.

Requirements

With Bac+2 to Bac+4 training in IT, you have good knowledge of networks and systems, virtualization, relational databases (SQL, Oracle), supervision tools and Scripting.

You have experience as a system and network technician
