Experienced Business Analyst - Aeroline - Aix-en-Provence

Role Summary

Join the Sopra Steria teams, at the heart of the Aeroline vertical, and contribute to the development of critical applications for our clients, major players in aeronautics and defense.

Integrated into a multidisciplinary project team of 5 to 10 people, you operate in a demanding technical environment where safety, performance and reliability issues are essential.

Under the responsibility of a project manager, you participate in the design, development and maintenance of solutions that directly support.

Responsibilities

Your role and missions

• As part of one of the Aeroline agency projects, as a Business Analyst, you will be required to:
• Ensure activities to collect needs and specifications by leading or co-facilitating user workshops and supporting/training project management stakeholders;
• In an agile context, coordinate activities with the customer product owner, manage the backlog, prioritize;
• Participate in the analysis or production of requirements files and functional specifications within a project team and collaborate closely with the project manager, the architect, the UX/UI consultants as well as the production team;
• Develop or supervise business test files, carry out or coordinate verification and then validation procedures;
• Contribute to the development of skills by transferring your know-how and ensuring the skills development of more junior resources.

Requirements

• You have 3 years of proven experience in application design and 5 years as a business analyst. You are customer relationship oriented and have demonstrated your ability to understand and take ownership of business issues and their implementation in an IT solution.
• You master UML and requirements management. You have participated in projects with results commitments. You are proficient in written and oral communication.
• A good level of English is essential. Knowledge of agility is a plus.
• You have a bac+5 university education, engineering or equivalent training.
