Role Summary
Context
You will work on strategic projects linked to bank credit solutions (real estate and corporate credit). These projects are part of the digital transformation of financial institutions and require a strong understanding of business processes and information systems.
Functional analysis and framing
Understand business needs and translate them into functional and non-functional requirements.
Participate in defining the solution and updating the data model.
Specifications and design
Write detailed functional specifications.
Design end-to-end functionalities in line with user needs.
Animation and coordination
Co-facilitate framing and needs expression workshops.
Interact directly with the client and project teams.
Testing and validation
Define the testing strategy, write and execute test plans.
Ensure traceability and coverage of requirements.
Capitalization and documentation
Maintain documentary heritage and share functional knowledge.
Transversal contribution
Participate in SSG BA community activities
Requirements
Technical Skills
- Mastery of modeling techniques (use cases, scenarios).
- Knowledge of test management tools.
- Experience with credit management solutions (Sopra Banking, Cassiopae, Temenos, etc.) would be a plus.
- Animation of workshops, framing, drafting of specifications.
- Agile / Scrum or V-cycle.
Job Skills
- Mastery of granting processes (instruction, scoring, decision, contractualization) and/or management and/or recovery).
- Knowledge of applicable regulations.
- Experience with credit management flows and tools.
SoftSkills
- Ability to popularize the client's profession.
- Functional leadership and ability to challenge needs.
- Excellent communication and sense of teamwork.
- 5 to 8 years of experience in the banking or financial sector on credit solutions
