Role Summary
Within the Financial Services vertical of Sopra Steria, you work on high-stakes EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) programs: closing & consolidation, performance management, planning/budget, regulatory/management reporting.
You play a pivotal role between Finance (Management Control, Consolidation, Risk/Finance) and IT/Data, with a dominant integration (flows, mappings, repositories, data quality) on EPM solutions, ideally Tagetik.

Responsibilities
- Animation of workshops (Finance / IT / Data): collection of needs, prioritization, formalization.
- Writing deliverables: Functional specifications (SFD/SFG), User Stories & management rules
- Modeling: BPMN/UML (depending on context), description of cycles (budget/forecast/closing).
- Test strategy: test cases, datasets, acceptance criteria.
- UAT management: preparation, execution, monitoring of anomalies, correction plan.
- Support for deployment: support, key users training, hypercare.
- Monitoring of milestones (V-shaped or Agile cycle), participation in operational committees, progress reporting.
- Contribution to training materials & change management
Requirements
Senior Business Analyst (8–12 years), ideally from an ESN, with solid experience in EPM projects in a financial services and IT integration environment. Experience on Tagetik is highly appreciated. Autonomous, structured and delivery oriented, he knows how to interface between Finance, IT and Data teams in complex project contexts.
