Role Summary
The ServiceNow division supports its clients – major accounts – in their digital transformation and the optimization of their business processes through the ServiceNow platform. He works on high value-added projects covering the entire life cycle of solutions: consulting, design, integration, evolution and maintenance in operational conditions.
In this context, we are looking for a ServiceNow Business Analyst to support our clients in formalizing their business needs and implementing ServiceNow solutions with high added value.
Your role and missions
- You collect, analyze and challenge customers' business needs,
- You lead functional and framing workshops,
- You write functional specifications and user stories,
- You contribute to the design of ServiceNow solutions (ITSM, workflows, catalogs, etc.),
- You work closely with the technical teams (Tech Lead, Architects, developers),
- You support the functional acceptance and user validation phases,
You participate in leading change and adopting the solution.

Requirements
- As a partner of national and international companies, travel is to be expected as part of our various projects
- You have a good understanding of processes as well as business issues and are able to popularize complex subjects.
- You demonstrate rigor, autonomy and a good collaborative spirit.
- You have good interpersonal skills and a sense of service.
- You have a professional level in English
CSA, CIS, SCRUM/SAFe certifications are a plus
- Graduate of an engineering school or equivalent, you have at least 5 years of experience in functional analysis on ServiceNow projects.
