Business Analyst - Agile - Energy & Utilities - Île-de-France

Role Summary

As a Business Analyst, you participate and support the evolution of projects, creating new solutions using more competitive and sustainable technologies.

You will be responsible for conducting upstream, business and functional studies as well as the general and detailed specification phases relating to our clients in the energy field.

You are integrated into a dynamic and united team, led by your project manager.

Your role and missions

• You ensure that you analyze and understand the needs expressed by users and business teams,
• You write functional documentation: user stories, functional specifications,
• You work in close collaboration with the developers throughout the project, challenging the solutions proposed to create maximum value,
• You participate in the testing/recipe phases,
• You manage a project back log,

You participate in project monitoring bodies (Daily meeting, monitoring committee) as well as Co-design sessions.

Requirements

• Ideally, you have already had experience within an ESN, and/or related to development.
• You have a good spirit of analysis and synthesis, a sense of interpersonal skills, you are versatile and autonomous.
• Do you like working on subjects that combine technical challenge and innovation?
• Graduate of an engineering school or equivalent training, you have solid experience of at least 5 years as a Business Analyst/PO.
