Role Summary

Within our project squads, you will be fully involved in all phases of our projects on behalf of major clients in the banking sector, thus contributing to their success. You will have the opportunity to develop your technical and functional skills in depth, while working on demanding and exciting projects on behalf of major clients.

The mission

You lead functional framing workshops, advise and guide customers to identify and translate needs.

You provide a technical and functional response to user needs

You ensure activity reporting, lead meetings (workshops, COPROJ, COPIL, etc.), monitor KPIs

You have the ability to communicate and coordinate different external stakeholders (business lines, UX designer, support, architecture, development, editor, IT, etc.)

You carry out impact analysis, opportunity and feasibility studies, MVP, estimation, take charge of drafting deliverables (framing, specifications, functional specifications, etc.)

• You write “User Stories”, build and manage the backlog, contribute to agile ceremonies
• You define the recipe strategy. Identify and validate test cases (scenarios, test books, campaign management, etc.), support approvers
• You manage feedback: requests for business developments as well as anomalies reported during tests
• You follow the management of releases through to production and ensure configuration
• You provide business and technical support to users
• You participate in change management (documentation, training, procedure for business support)

Requirements

You have a good understanding of banking products, particularly around: Financial instruments, securities, Credit, Savings, Payment Methods, Cash Management, Regulatory compliance: ALM, MIFID, IFRS, FATCA, CRS, RGPD, Risks and prudential reporting (Basel 4, SOX, etc.), Bank Accounting, Customer journey, KYC, Software package: SAP, Axway/RDJ, SAGE, MUREX, etc.

• You master SQL and the Office pack.
• You have good listening skills.

You have interpersonal, organizational and writing skills

• Your ability to communicate effectively in writing and orally is recognized by all.
• With a Bac + 5 type training or equivalent (Engineering School or IT School, etc.), you have at least 4 years of experience as a Project Manager MOA/AMOA/PPO/Product Owner and wish to evolve quickly in a motivating context.
