Business Analyst Crédit - Services Financiers - Lyon

Role Summary

Within the Financial Services Vertical, we support the main banking, financial and insurance players on their transformation challenges around financing, risk, payments, data, cloud and AI.

As part of strengthening our activities in Lyon, we are looking for Business Analysts specializing in Credit and Credit Risk.

You work with large banking establishments on strategic projects to develop credit pathways, modernize risk information systems and regulatory transformation.

Interface between business teams and IT teams, you guarantee a good understanding of needs and their translation into efficient functional solutions.

Your main missions

Collection and analysis of needs

Lead workshops with the Risk, Commitments, Financing and Compliance business departments.

Analyze existing processes and identify areas for improvement.

Formalize functional and regulatory needs.

Functional framing

Write detailed functional specifications.

Model user journeys and business processes.

Define management rules and acceptance criteria.

Project support

Ensure the interface between business lines and development teams.

Contribute to the management of transformation projects.

Testing and validation

Prepare and execute recipe strategies.

Coordinate user testing phases.

Guarantee the functional quality of deliverables.

Credit & Risk business expertise

Intervene on topics such as

• Real estate loan
• Credit to individuals
• Professional and business credit
• Instruction and granting of credit
• Commitment management
• Scoring and internal notation
• Counterparty risks
• Default risk and provisioning
• Basel III / Basel IV systems
• IFRS9
• Regulatory reporting

UML / BPMN

• API and IS architectures

Requirements

You have at least 4 years of permanent experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Consultant or AMOA, ideally within an ESN or a consulting firm, in the banking sector. You have completed higher education (Bac+5) from an engineering school or university.

Business skills

• Good knowledge of bank credit processes.
• Strong credit risk culture.
• Understanding of regulatory issues in the banking sector.
• Mastery of requirements gathering and functional writing methods.
• Technical skills appreciated
• SQL
• Jira / Confluence
