Role Summary
You act as a true business reference on key Life Insurance processes: subscription, management actions, taxation, arbitrations, death benefits.

Responsibilities
Collect, prioritize and formalize business needs Functional design
Writing functional specifications and User Stories
- Modeling in BPMN/UML of the pathways: subscription, arbitrage, redemption, death liquidation.
- Contribution to the choice of solutions and challenge of the MOE/publisher.
- Development of business test sets: UC arbitrations, repurchases with taxation, floor guarantees, scheduled payments, market cut-offs.
- Monitoring of anomalies via Jira, functional validation, SQL checks of contract data.
- Participation in project bodies, demonstrations, presentation of business impacts.
Requirements
- 5 to 10 years in Business Analysis / AMOA.
- Minimum 4 years in Savings/Retirement Life Insurance, on a management information system (e.g. Prospective, CLEVA, Sésame Vie, internal insurer).
Key skills
- Solid mastery: UC arbitrations, redemptions (taxation), subscription/KYC, death benefits, fees, supports, financial options.
- Writing SFD / US, BPMN, management of complex business rules.
- Complete functional recipe.
- SQL (simple query).
Soft skills
- Rigor, perspective, ability to challenge professions and IT.
- Strong autonomy, sense of service and teaching.
