Role Summary

Do you want to put your P&C expertise to work on ambitious transformation projects at leading insurers? You work at the heart of the business and IT teams, in an Agile and multi-project context, where your added value will be directly visible.

Pilot the functional recipe

• Development of business-oriented test plans (contracts, claims, production & compensation)
• UAT execution, anomaly tracking (Jira or equivalent), data analysis via simple SQL queries
• Validation of paths and business rules before putting into production

Create a link between business and IT teams

Challenge of solutions proposed by the MOE / publishers

Animation of discussions, contribution to project committees, demonstrations and support for change

Responsibilities

Analyze IARD business needs across all or part of the scope

Requirements

Structure and formalize the functional requirements

• Animation of workshops with business departments (Underwriting, Management, Claims, Distribution)
• Writing functional specifications / User Stories, process mapping (BPMN)
• Modeling of management rules: deductibles, ceilings, guarantees, exclusions, conventions (IRSA/IRCA, etc.), validation circuits

You have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst / AMOA including at least 3 years in the IARD field (insurer, bancassurance, mutual, broker, specialized ESN)

• Business skills
• Very good understanding of property and casualty products and guarantees (auto, MRH, liability, professional, etc.)
• Mastery of the life cycle of a contract (from subscription to termination)
• Good knowledge of the life cycle of a claim (from declaration to compensation)
• Practical issues: technical profitability, quality of service, regulatory compliance
• Knowledge of Agile environments (Scrum / Kanban)
• Soft skills
• Ability to challenge business demands with tact and pedagogy
• Analytical spirit, sense of concreteness, results orientation
• Relational ease, taste for teamwork and sharing of good practices
