Our dynamic and united team works with a common goal: to support the Ministry of the Armed Forces, the Ministry of Justice or the Ministry of the Interior to respond to its capacity and strategic challenges (digital identity, road safety, logistical and digital support for the different armies, border control, law enforcement, civil, penal, penitentiary, cybersecurity, etc.) with cutting-edge tools.

Your role and missions

Under the responsibility of a project manager, you work across the entire value chain of the project cycle within a multidisciplinary, dynamic and united team.

As a Business Analyst,

You participate in the translation of business needs close to the customer. You help to express the business need, write the specifications or the “Users Stories. You establish general or detailed functional specifications based on the expression of needs.

You define the test strategy, the test plans then coordinate the tests and the recipe.

You support the project teams during the implementation phase to explain the business need, guide the developers and specify the solutions.

Post delivery, you participate in maintaining operational conditions and support the profession in managing change by drafting documentation useful for future support. You train and maintain “Key-users” (business relays).

You are responsible for the solution and customer engagement. You actively participate in establishing the solution backlog and monitor its implementation throughout the project.

You practice the agile method on our projects: Scrum/Kanban/SAFe.

You will be supported by a nearby manager who will support you in your career and orientation choices. A catalog of certified training courses allows you to acquire or perfect your skills.

Beyond projects, you will have the opportunity to get involved in local, national or international communities. The themes cover a wide spectrum of innovations, technologies and even life at work and outside (Military Reserve). Enough to develop new skills and satisfy your desire to contribute differently.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an engineering school or university equivalent, you have significant experience of at least 3 years as a Business Analyst.
  • You have good interpersonal skills, a sense of service and you like working in a team.
  • You have the soul of an entrepreneur and are passionate about leadership, supervision and team management. You have a sense of humanity and commitment, you are rigorous and have a taste for teamwork.
