Role Summary
Within a Human Resources management project system, the Business Analyst works on a Pega platform with high robustness, security and compliance challenges.
The project, based in Tours, is part of a structured environment, with a high level of technical standards.
The Business Analyst is the first link between the Product Owners and the Pega development teams. He works in close collaboration with the project's Technical Leader to ensure the proper translation of business needs into Pega solutions that comply with project standards.
Your role and missions
- Within a project system with a client in the Defense & Security sector, your main missions will be as follows:
- Be the primary point of contact between Product Owners and Pega developers
- Collect, analyze and formalize business needs
- Write User Stories, acceptance criteria and use cases to support the Product Owner
- Guarantee the functional coherence of the solutions implemented
- Collaborate closely with the Pega Tech Lead to ensure functional and technical alignment
- Participate in functional design workshops
- Support development teams in understanding business needs
- Being in charge of the test assets and contribution to the acceptance phases
- Participate in project rituals (workshops, reviews, demonstrations)
- Contribute to the quality, traceability and conformity of functional deliverables
- Functional and technical skills
- Analysis and formalization of business needs
- Writing User Stories and acceptance criteria
- Ability to make the link between business issues and application implementation
- Sensitivity to critical and regulated environments
- Pega knowledge aligned with Pega Business Analyst training
- Understanding Pega Case Management
- Ability to communicate effectively with Pega technical teams
- Understanding of key concepts (processes, data, business rules)
- Writing test scenarios
- Contribution to the acceptance phases
- Understanding of Constellation user experience principles
- Ability to analyze and validate user journeys

Requirements
- You have excellent communication skills between business and technical teams.
- You demonstrate rigor, organizational skills and autonomy.
- Equipped with a spirit of analysis and synthesis, you have the ability to work in demanding and constrained environments
- You have a professional level in English
- Pega Business Architect (CBA) certification – not required but appreciated
- Graduate of an engineering school or equivalent, you have experience as a Business Analyst, ideally on structured application projects.
- First experience or appetite for Defense & Security projects
- Good ability to work in PO/technical teams interface.
