Role Summary

The Defense and Security sector must meet numerous challenges: ensuring the operational efficiency of our customers, designing and providing forces with secure and sovereign solutions in a context where excellence and innovation make our projects successful year after year.

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our passionate teams at the heart of digital projects dedicated to the logistical support of the national fleet or more broadly national navy projects.

Integrated into a project team and under the responsibility of a Project Manager or Product Owner, you are involved in the entire life cycle of projects.

As a Business Analyst

  • You support customers and users in the expression, analysis and maturation of their business needs
  • You lead workshops with stakeholders, write specifications, user stories and functional specifications (general and detailed)
  • You contribute to the definition of the target solution in conjunction with the technical teams
  • You define the testing strategy, design test plans and cases, coordinate and carry out the testing and user acceptance phases
  • You provide functional support to the production teams (clarification of needs, design assistance, functional arbitration)
  • You track and qualify anomalies, coordinate corrections and validate fixes
  • You participate in maintaining operational conditions post-delivery and in managing change
  • You write functional documentation and support the skills development of key users
  • You contribute to the management and monitoring of the functional backlog and guarantee customer satisfaction
  • Intervene in agile project contexts (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)

You will be accompanied by a manager who will support you in your career and orientation choices. A catalog of certified training courses allows you to acquire or perfect your skills.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an engineering school or university equivalent, you have significant experience of at least 5 years as a Business Analyst.
  • You have excellent interpersonal skills and enjoy working in a team.
  • You are rigorous, curious, autonomous and have strong analytical skills
  • You know how to adapt quickly to complex and demanding business environments
  • You have a global vision of the activities necessary for the success of an IT project
  • Knowledge of process modeling, requirements management and testing activities is appreciated
