Business Analyst - Montpellier

Role Summary

We support clients from different sectors of activity in their development projects.

We carry out developments in existing solutions, redesign and create new solutions “from scratch”.

In this context, we are recruiting Business Analysts to join our teams.

You complete the following missions (non-exhaustive)

• You organize and lead business workshops (collection of functional needs and decision support);
• You ensure that you analyze and understand the needs expressed by users and business teams;
• You write functional documentation: user stories, functional specifications, specifications, etc. ;
• You participate in the recipe phases;
• You propose continuous improvement plans based on understanding the client's business needs: mapping of business flows, comparative studies of solutions, etc. ;
• You work closely with developers, while challenging the solutions proposed to create maximum value;
• You manage a project back log;

You participate in and lead project monitoring bodies (Daily meeting, monitoring committee) as well as Co-design sessions.

Requirements

Your technical skills

• Essential: you have at least 3 years of experience in a Business Analyst position.
• Also essential: you have technical skills in development and/or data for example.

You have a sense of customer service

You ensure that you fully understand your client's needs in order to ensure the production of solutions that meet their expectations.

You know how to look for solutions and demonstrate innovation:

You understand your client's issues and more broadly the projects. You systematically propose solutions to overcome them.

You have interpersonal skills

You ensure good communication with your interlocutors, understand each other well, adapt your speech, etc.
