Business Analyst Cash Management - Services financiers - Paris

Role Summary

Within Sopra Steria's Financial Services teams, you will work with banks and large companies on high-stakes projects around cash management, treasury and payment flows (SEPA, SWIFT, ISO 20022).

In a context of transformation of financial information systems (digitalization of the treasury relationship, new formats, optimization of liquidity), we are strengthening our team of Business Analysts specialized in these subjects.

Writing functional deliverables

• detailed functional specifications (SFD),
• user stories,
• process models

Contribution to the design/evolution of modules

cash management (cash positions, cash pooling, sweeping, cash netting),

payments (SEPA SCT/SDD, international transfers, SWIFT MT/MX, ISO 20022, EBICS T/TS),

cash and liquidity reporting.

Participation in the framing and implementation of projects (format migration, TMS integration, IS overhaul, onboarding of new entities).

Preparation and execution of the functional recipe

• testing strategies,
• test cases,
• monitoring of anomalies,

business validation.

Change support: user guides, training, functional support during the deployment phases.

Comfort in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban)

Ability to manipulate and verify data (SQL mandatory).

Good level of English (exchanges with editors, international teams, documentation).

Responsibilities

• Collection and analysis of needs from the Treasury / Cash Management / Payments teams.
• Animation of business workshops (cash management processes, cash pooling, cash forecasts, cut-off, intra-day, management of powers & signatures).

Expected soft skills

• Strong capacity for synthesis and popularization with business and IT contacts.
• Sense of customer service and reliability (sensitive subjects: financial flows, cash flow, cut-off).
• Team spirit, ability to work in multidisciplinary project teams

Prerequisites

• Bac+5 diploma (engineering school, business school, university)
• 7 to 12 years of experience as a Business Analyst / AMOA
