Traveling after-sales service technician M/F

Role Summary

Reporting to the Agency After-Sales Service Manager, you will ensure the preventive and curative maintenance of a fleet of trolleys for our customers in the department.

As such, your main missions are to

• Analyze technical problems and inform customers,
• Establish quotes after analysis of technical solutions adapted to the customer's needs and constraints,
• Identify, repair or replace elements of defective systems,
• Carry out parts inventories,
• Transcribe on the service vouchers all the parts used as billable/non-billable,
• Make sure to keep the vehicle clean and respect maintenance visits,
• Present the technical specifications to the customer and support them in their use,
• Ensure technical monitoring of products and their development with customers,
• Know how to detect additional customer needs and propose a commercial offer,
• Complete the service form precisely, with the customer's signature for agreement.

Requirements

With Bac to Bac +2 training in the field of electrotechnical and/or mechanical maintenance, you have at least 5 years of experience in the maintenance of industrial equipment (e.g. machine tools, elevators, mechanical stairs/doors, nacelles, agricultural machinery, public works or heavy goods vehicles).

Rigorous and autonomous, your interpersonal skills allow you to act as a privileged contact with customers.
