Role Summary

Veolia Recycling and Valorization, leader in waste management, is looking for its Ile de France region: A heavy goods vehicle mechanic based in Mitry Mory on a permanent basis.

Under the responsibility of the Team Leader, he/she will assist the team leader in his/her missions and will ensure the management of the equipment, machines and vehicles of the service (Household Waste Dumpster, Ampliroll, Road Sweeper/Washer):

• Carry out precise diagnostics and analyze malfunctions using a full range of technical data (general and specific manufacturer documentation)
• Strictly respect the schedule of maintenance operations established by the workshop manager and the maintenance center manager
• Ensure the efficient and sustainable rehabilitation of equipment, machines and vehicles specific to your area of expertise

Control, optimize and adjust, according to your level of versatility, the settings of the hydraulic, electrical, electronic and mechanical systems, by carrying out rigorous tests and precise measurements before putting the equipment back into service.

Requirements

Training path: CAP, BEP Mechanics, BAC Pro or equivalent professional experience

Technical Skills

• Industrial vehicle mechanics: Household garbage dumpster, Ampliroll, Road sweeper/washer
• Electricity, electronics, electromechanics / Hydraulics

• Site open from 6: 00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. organized in two shifts.
